Most domestic orders arrive in 2-4 business days. International orders are typically delivered in 5-15 business days. Please understand we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. 

We offer complimentary 3 day domestic shipping on orders $40+. All orders are shipped by USPS.

Please allow 24-36 hours for your order to be processed, and leave our warehouse. Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Of course! While checking out you can choose from our complimentary 3-7 day shipping, or USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) for an additional $12.00.

USPS tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update in their system. Please be patient, and check the number provided in your shipping confirmation email again soon.

We're proud to announce that we're now shipping to Canada! Shipping rates are calculated based on total package weight.

Packages shipping to Canada are trackable, and typically arrive in 5-12 business days, however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

Yes, we do! As of January 2016 we've begun shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. 

Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Our rates are based on total package weight.

Please Note: Contemporary Goods is not responsible for customs or duties assessed to incoming international shipments.  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments.

We have a 14-day return policy (from time of delivery). Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, with original packaging. 

We will cover return shipping costs for mistakes on our part, including faulty items, or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, we ask that you pay the return shipping cost.

If you would prefer to receive a prepaid shipping label, please email us at contact@contemporarygoods.com after completing a Return Request on our Returns Page. We will deduct this amount from your return.

Additionally, we also offer store credit. After processing your return, we will credit your account for future orders.

Products marked as "SALE" are eligible for returns for store credit only.

Items purchased during our Cyber Monday and Black Friday sales are final sale.

A refund will be issued within 7-12 days from the time your order is received, and processed at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 additional days for the refund to show on your credit card statement.

Store Credit will be applied to your account after returned items have been received, and processed. Please allow up to 7 days for credit to be added to your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory changes daily, and many products are produced in limited quantities. For customers looking to exchange an item, we highly recommend placing a second order, and returning your original item(s) for a refund, or store credit. By placing a second order we are able to ensure that the item(s) you want will be in stock. Once we receive your returned item(s) we’ll be happy to process them for a refund, or store credit.

Often times, not very long. Each collection is produced in limited quantities, and will not be reproduced (with the exception of some popular styles). We highly recommend ordering products you’re interested in while they are available, as often times they’ll sell out quickly.

We exclusively sell Contemporary Goods products, which are designed, and manufactured by our in-house team. Our products can only be found on our website, and are all produced in limited quantities.

A majority of our products are made in China. Our team personally visits all factories we work with to ensure ethical working conditions. Additionally, we source fabrics from some of the best mills, and in some cases will manufacture custom materials.

Please only wash your Contemporary Goods products in cool water, and hang dry them. Dryers may result in shrinking!
